My plan is to keep 3 baby columbian shark catfish in my 55g brackish tank until the sharks are a bit under 4", after which I would be moving them to a much larger tank with some monos and scats so they can eventually be converted to marine as they all grow.
My reason for keeping them in the 55g first is that I want to raise the salinity over time, starting at about 1.005 sg and increasing it to 1.010 until they reach 4".
What I would like to do is keep them in the 55 along with some orange chromides, a 7" dragon goby and a few mollies, so when the sharks are moved I can continue on with my plan to keep bumblebee gobies and desert gobies in the 55g with my other stock after the salinity is brought back down to about 1.006-1.008.
My main question is would adult mollies and 2-3" orange chromides be safe with the young sharks?
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
