Thanks! My baby will be so happy I am sure. Yeah, I got a filter, wouldn't be without one really - I know you can do weekly 100% water changes but I think this is a false economy. I put some mature media in the filter so my betta should be pretty comfortable, and I am doing a few water changes a week for a while just to be sure. which reminds me, i must check the stats
Gonna look for a background for the tank at the weekend and make it look beautiful Sand is annoying me already though, lol. I tried to pick some poo up off it today with my pump and couldn't get the hang of it... would it be better if I took the large end off and just used the tubing do you think? I read that you just swirl around a little above the sand ti create enough vacuum, but the tank is pretty small compared to my others and I am findin it difficult to maneuver!

that sucks that you failed your test because of some one elses stupidity.

I failed my first car test because I had been driving my old pickup, and went to parale park, realised the space was too small and told the instructer, then he said you should have went out and moved the cones before you tryed to park....like in the real world I WOULD GO OUT AND MOVE CARS?? no in the real world I would have realised the space was too small and pulleed out and found another.

in america they dont have a standard size space, they make the stall only 2 feet longer then your car, and the instructer hadent bothered to fix the cones after the last student that had driven a metro. so I failed on a really really stupid point, and the other instructers told the guy off for being an ass, but I still had to wait and retake it.

It really bugs me when people make mistakes the take it out on you Grrrr

before i took my test i had been driving for years, around farms n things in tractors, pickups, bikes etc. Even on the road with tractors as i had my licence for that.

My first test i was failed on because i apparently drove too well
Second was cos i scared the instructor i knew the width of my car...he didn't

i finally passed after takin the instructor on a detour back to the test centre...i got lost.

So chin up honey, you know you would have passed with flying colours
