Wild Salmon release........sort of

A fish tanker in the driveway? That's something I could roll the window down and bounce along the highway in. If I were single, I bet driving one of those would solve many problems.

It's late, but I may have found my midlife crisis vehicle. I wonder if they come in 2 seater convertibles?

That's crazy, what absolute dumb luck!

A fish tanker rolled on a sharp corner in northeast Oregon with 102,000 young salmon aboard, and about 77,000 of them went down the embankment into a creek and swam away https://share.google/Zbhzk5Gm8qqSolsVN
i skimmed the article; are the 77,000 that made it to the creek able to reach water-ways where they will flourish or will they forever not know how to get back home to spawn ?

The article did not say and I don't know for sure.
I would think that since trout and salmon are released all over in many states every year that somehow they imprint on where they were released and return to spawn.
That's a good question though. It's not like they can get in a car and drive to the hatchery.

Hmm, maybe I read it wrong. I thought it mentioned that the creek would feed into a river that would eventually meet the ocean
