Why don't do do this for the TFF index?

I never really thought of the TFF Index. Perhaps the mods could organize a TFF project. Anyway, I want people to join because

A. Wikipedia is free knowledge, and each year, they make CDs of selected articles for kids in poor countries

B. I want to speed up the process.
