also if the tang is at 4-5 inches how long will it have left (life wise)

No clue on the tang's lifespan. I'd add the tang or the angel, whichever one's smaller.

The tang should live for another decade if given the proper care.

i am planning on getting a royal grama could i add him in a week or wait 2 weeks if i get him with corals?

i just bought a royal grama on friday, i did some reading on them and they said they are good host for coral is that true or false information, right now he resides in a small cave in the LR. My royal grama was my last fish to be added, now for some more coral

yep the royal grama will hang out in caves and in darker places
i will be adding my royal gramma in a couple of weeks or so
