Why's 1Of My Tetras Hiding From The Others

I have a three ft tank tetras in pairs four different pairs and one of them from the is hiding from the others can any one tell my why
 
This usually happens when its being bullied or is about to die or is unwell what else is it doing is it swimming normally 
 
It looks heathy and is swimming ok it's just hiding behind the plants in my tank

Sounds like you have four species of tetra, two of each kind?
 
If so, that is your problem. Social fish including most tetras can become very anti-social and aggressive when not kept in sufficient numbers of their on kind.
 
Six per social species is often talked about as being a minimum social group, but I've found 10+ shows a marked difference of 6s.
 
What species have you got in there?
 
As N0body says Tetras prefer to be in groups of 6+.
I have a 5ft tank, 260ltr with tetras
Neons, Penguins, Glowlights & a few Platys and Corys.
Tetras are all in groups of 12 and they get on well together.
I would add a few more to bring the numbers up. That should cure your problem and stop the one being bullied.
