Whitespot Treatment

Does anyone know if waterlife myxazin will treat whitespot? I know protozin is better but i do not have any at home at the moment and will not manage to get to a pet shop till at least the end of the week since i work. Thanks

or try king ws3...it worked wonders on one of my fish...although i caught it very early in development stage
