White stuff on my orandas Wen Pls Help!

Hi and welcome to the forum 
The cream stuff on its head is excess mucous caused by something in the water irritating the fish. Make sure the water quality (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH) are good.
Do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate every day for a week.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine? chloramine before it's added to the tank.
If there's no improvement after a few water changes, post more pictures and tell us about the tank.
