White Spots On My Fish

yes i know its ich or ick (sp) my moms picking up some "ichBEgone" or something?? and shell do the dosages after work, as im not off till 10pm. my fish have had it for a few days...are they in immediate danger? i didnt sleep well last night knowing i might lose my fish. how long for the spots to disapear after the dosage?? thanks

i don't think they will be in immediate danger, turn up your temperature, this will get the ich to move off your fish and then dose to get rid of them
