White Spot Or Infected Wounds

Hey guys this is my first post hope its in the right section...
i have just added 2 gold gourami, 1 flame gourami and 2 baby angels to my plec tank for some movement and after about 4 days i have just noticed 2 tiny white spots on my flame gourami's dorsal fin and my larger gold gouramis right pectoral fin is ripped down the middle and has a large white spot in the rip. the gold gourami also hardly uses this pectoral fin now, i was just wondering if it was white spot or infected wounds or both??? i have never seen any agression in the tank and the angels are very small and peacefull so far. i also just added a large piece of driftwood that i bought from my lfs whichi had soaking for about a week, but did not boil as its to big to fit in any pot. my tank also includes a small black ghost knife, african butterfly fish,feathefin catfish, peppermint bristlenose, large peppermint pleco, longfin bristlenose, l333 pleco, hoplo catfish and an albino longfin pleco and none of these fish are showing any signs or problems. water parameters are 0,0 and nitrate 10-20ppm, and slight drop in ph recently since the driftwood was added. I have melafix and aquamaster multi cure.

its a 55g, the ph is around 6.7 and the temp is 25-26c, hasnt had any problems before, i'm trying to upload photos but my card reader isnt working....

i have attached some pics of the wounds/ white spot,
i have moved them into my hospital tank and have used the multi cure... hope this was the right thing to do...
should i still treat the other tank just in case? or use the melafix?

Looks more like post-finrot fungus.

thanks for your help i had a feeling they had fin rot. i have the 2 fish in a hospital tank with multicure at the moment and did a 50% water change today in my main tank... so should i treat the main tank with melfix or multicure or try find a fungus cure or just leave it and monitor the other fish, i have a peppermint bristlenose and a peppermint pleco and its very hard to see if they have any fungus cause there allready covered in white dots lol

If it's only fungus (an opportunistic diseaes which is in every tank anyway) and none of the other fish have it, then I would just do an extra large water change over treating the tank. (If you ever have to deal with ich, the whole tank will need treating because it lives in the water.)

I have never had any luck with Melafix and never used Multicure, so can't advise you on those.
