white clouds

ok i'm a little worried about my white clouds. i have 5 of them and one is a big bully and hearding the rest into a corner of the tank. a couple of them give him the slip around the plants but as soon as they break cover he attacks and chases them back into the corner. another one of them is obsessed with the heater which was put in two days ago(the tank is really new, about a fortnight) coz the variation of temp was stressing them all out. this one keeps on head butting the heater. they are looking ok now except for one of them which seems to be the bully's main target and is being chased in circles, he's a bit washed out, should i move the bully to a different tank? is there anything i can do?
