A 'friend' of mine breeds apisto's and gave me these saying he thought they were macmasteri's but he'd managed to get them mixed up when he was cleaning out his tanks 
I've had them a little while now and they're just over an inch in length. The female (who has starting turning yellow, black marks on her pectorial fins) is chasing the other one around the tank when he's in sight, his belly in inwards even after feeding and is smaller than the other 1. I'm wondering whether these are "deformed" in some way hence lack of growth/markings!? What do you guys think?
