i am near my stocking levels so take that in mind

Okiedokie, well it's quite impossible to advise without knowing what you already have (fish wise) and how big your tank is.
Based on the fact that you are "near your stocking levels" you can quite easily rule out clown loaches as you really should have 3 or more and you need a 75 gallon tank as they can grow up to 12".

i have a rekord 70 tank which is about 75-80 gallons

the fish i have are

5 cardinals
2 neons
4redeyed tetra
1 betta
2 blackwidows
6 corys
1 bristlenose
3 swordtails
and 5 harlequins

I'd say you NEED atleast 6 more neons.

Clown loach require alot of space as they can grow 6-8"+ so if you're running out of space these aren't a good choice.

Careful with rummynose as lots of LFS sell flame head tetras under the name rummynose - there's a big size difference.

Cardinals are nice but do better in schools of 6-8+. Neons are brighter but grow bigger.

firheads dont get much bigger at all i dont think wolf draw evrryones atention to it the otehr day!

the main tign i have notice is the tank it questions is 70 liters thats not many gallons at all!!!!

Are you talking about a Juwel Rekord 70 ? If so, it takes 70 litres which is about 18.5 US gallons I'm afraid.
Neons really need to be kept in shoals of 6 or more, so I'd say get some more of those first.

You really have completed your stocking levels and I would advice not to add any more fish.

5 Cardinals - 2" x 5 = 10 inches
2 Neons - 1.5" x 2 = 3 inches
4 Red Eye Tetras - 3" x 4 = 12 inches
1 Betta - 3" x 1 - 3 inches
2 Black Widows - 2 x 2" = 4 inches
6 corys - 3" x 6 = 18 inches
1 Britlenose = 5 inches
3 Sword tails - 3 x 4" = 12 inches
5 harlequins - 1.5" x 5 = 7.5 inches

Total inches = 74.5 inches

tbh I'd rather be thinking of taking fish out of there than adding them, as 70 ltrs is not a lot, really. The stocking levels/bioload has already been mentioned in previous posts; to that I would add that some fish need more swimming space than they are going to get in such a heavily stocked tank. If it is the Juwel Rekord 70 you have, it is also a high rather than a long, which does not leave a lot of room to move.
Swordtails are fast swimmers and IMO should be in a bigger tank. The bottom is also going to be quite crowded with a BN and 6 corys; I would look at rehoming the swordies and the Bn. Just my opinion, though.

My 60 litre tank only has 6 in presently. The two platties can be maniacs in it. I have a few more in mind. One of the fish is alone as it's tank mate died last week and there really should be another 3 or more. I apologise I can't remember what breed it is but it's a real little one. I shall find out tomorrow. :)
Hugs,
P.

I'm stumped as to why everyone seems to have voted clown loaches - is that a joke or something ? Whoever did so, must have done so in error believing the tank was 70 gallons. Clown loaches absolutely cannot go into that tank.

Things should be coming out - not going in. If your tank is indeed only 70 litres, which I think it is, you are incredibly over-stocked and need to think about re-homing or returning some of those fish.

Yup, I null voted. because there was no none, as I am already massively overstoked option
