Which Fish Do You Most Like Watching?

my fav is my long spined sea urchin!! it facinates me how he moves his spikes around and get into places i never thought he could!! :D :good:

not tropical i know but hey he is me fave at the mo :)

in tropical i think itll have to be MBuna puffers!! so much character!! they do make me laugh!!

I love watching my rays constantly blowing jets of water into the sand in the hope of finding some food buried and teasing each other.

I would say my most entertaining fish is my weather loach, Whiskers. I love to watch him uprooting my plants, burying himself in the sand and generally making a mess of the tank. And when he swims to feed at the top, which doesn't happen very often, I can't take my eyes off him. He's a real character. Other times, when he's resting, I will often find him half-buried in the sand with his head sticking out at such an odd angle he can't possibly be comfortable, but he seems quite happy!

I like my cories particularly when they just cruise around in a gang kind of mooching and sifting sand - it just seems as though nothing phases them.

But mostly i like to watch my serpae tetras - they have great colour and are constantly belting around chasing each other back and forth, flaring their dorsal fins.

my angels there ace they just float there doing NOTHING!

i lurve them to bits

Without a doubt, my peppered cory who likes to spend his time riding the bubble and waves (airstone) at the back of the tank.

Second probably has to be my kribensis. Female is particular who always comes to great me at the front of the tank regardless of whether its food time or not.

The five clown loaches doing a loach pile front and centre in the tank with the 6 skunk loaches watching and wondering why they can't play too. Quite often the flyign fox is in the pile also!
Cheers;

Must be fun! :fun: Nah, I know what you mean, they're really calming. I often go to my LFS and get stuck watching the angels, then forget what I came for.

Thanks for the replies, cories and loaches seem to be getting a lot of mentions!

I would have to say.... oh...

The striped peacock eel I have can be a real elusive one. But when I turn on the light and he digs, it's funny.

The false flying fox is entertaining for hours.
Same is true of Alfred, My albino senegal bichir.
Perhaps the discus (who will find a new home soon)
I loved watching my african butterfly fish... RIP Dragun....

Love watching my Scholl of Monos (7 of them) especially at feeding time and of course my Cat Sharks they are beautiful.
