clare cichlids are very varied in size and species. you could keep a pair of rams in a 10 gal tank, and other cichlids like the buttikoferei in the largest tanks available.

wow... I have some books on lake malwaki cichlids.. I was thinking about one day when I have the room and thats like far in the future having a tank with them,.

medium community as mine range from zebra danios to angels to plecos so its in the middle

I voted small community fish, havn't the space for a tank to house larger fish.

i have like 30 guppies and a handfull of rasboras and cories alltogether. I'm going to get rid of the guppies soon and get neons.

Community of small fish

Like you I keep a 29 gallon Community Tank.
Swords, Glass Fish, Mollies, Platies, a Couple of Corys, and 1 Apple Snail.
Total 12 Fish in all.

I use to Keep Oscars but went Back to a Community tank Because they are more pleasent too keep.
And a Whole Lot more relaxing.

And before I forget I as well as my Wife loves the Budgie.

We have 4 Budgies, and 2 Sun Conures.

And 1 Guinea Pig.

A ZOO maybe but I'd have more if my Wife would let me.

BUT I'm Working ON IT!!!
