IMO you should go:

6 otos
10 Harlequin Rasboras
or
6 Cherry Barbs
or
10 Cardinals, Neons, Rummy Nose, Bloodfin, or Bleeding Heart Tetras
8 Kuhli Loaches
Your mollies

Dwarf cichlids would be suitible for your tank, but they would fight the loaches for territory on the bottom. I think Bolivian Rams are your best bet.

Or, if you want a really good tank

25x Kuhli Loaches
1x Betta

6 kuhli loaches
6 panda Cory (these may overcrown the bottom so if they're omitted I'll up kuhlis to 8)
4 Molly
2 platy


(but the kuhlis will definately be the centerpiece! Lol )

Well, I suppose the first sticking is okay, but the bolivians are the reason I change the stocking a bit. If you didn't want those bolivions so much you could get the first sticking I suggested and instead of the dwarf gourami a Dario Dario or 2, or maybe a oblivion instead
