I am interested in buying goodeids but so far have not found any or at least i didnt notice any at my local lfs and i have a few of them i shop at. Does anyone know where to get goodeids from would prefer to pick up in ontario, but will get them shipped if that is my last resort.

Try looking at the Canadian Aquarium Connection. There are lots of folks there that may be able to help.
Another option is to request information at your local fish club or a larger one like the American Livebearer Association. The ALA site is a fairly good spot to contact people but you will need to join the club to get the benefit of the magazines and the on line trading part of the forum. That does not detract from the club's value as a place to find contacts that might help. As a last resort, it will mean shipping across a not very open border, try Aquabid in the livebearers - Wild Type section.
