Whats Wrong With My Golden Barb

well i have 6 in total and i have had them for 7 months and today i just noticed that one of them has a bit of red on their lip, i dunno if its blood or its colour changing but its really getting me worried, any help? oh yea and it doesnt have anything wrong with him, he eats and he swims well
