ok, I admit I don’t even like touching it, or talking about it… but we all have to go… being an animal farmer, I end up dealing with large piles of it, more than I’d like to admit… but as nasty as it is, some animals eat it… and not just bugs… after a big meal of cookies yesterday ( my previous dollars love cookies thread )… the dollars are having big poops, and they all have to taste them, which breaks them up… much easier for the filters to break them down… it seems what the animal ate effects it’s palletabilty to other animals, I hate it, but my outside farm dog just loves pig poop, especially when I’m finishing them on corn mash… if he can get at it, he’ll drag them through the fence, and leave them around the farm yard half eaten… fish often taste each others poop, but if you ever noticed, nothing touches those nasty big pleco poops… as far as the fish, I’m curious if there is more benefit than detriment for eating poop, as they all do it, especially the young fish
