Well I just looked though a fish encyclopedia to try to find it but no luck....

I'ved sorted the lighting on the 2nd pic out for you though.

It's one funky looking fish

EDIT: It could also be the subspecies mentioned or a Chinese Algae Eater (Gyrinocheilus aymonieri)?
