What's this on ny betta

I don't think this is an emergency but I noticed this on my betta this morning. It almost resembles a flap of skin (which I know it wouldn't be but that's the only way I can describe it). Sorry the pictures aren't great as he doesn't keep very still!

Ph - 7.5, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate all 0. Last water change on Saturday, approx 70%.

Eating normally and no other concerns about his behaviour or presentation.

Edit - panic over, whatever it is appears to have dislodged itself. I'm guessing it may have just been a bit of detritus or something. Mods feel free to delete thread if needed!
 
Glad it seems to have been nothing! What an absolutely beautiful betta though!
