haha fish here really cheap.. i got my rams at around... 3.50USD each... panda cories at... 90Cents USD, sterbai here costs roughly 2USD (im lucky aint i) (*dodges the eggs thrown at me*)

I have tried to avoid the expensive fish so far. I believe I spent $4.99 US for a Pearl Gourami. That was probably the most on a single fish.

mine is £45 for a 14" clown loach , the biggest ive ever seen to date , it died the same day (gutted) in hindsight i should never have got it , i was a beginner and when i saw the size thought oh my god i gotta have it (it was at a wholesalers i was working in and was told it would be at least £150 in a lfs) i put it in a 3ft tank and it got stuck behind a castle and died , so let that be a lesson to everyone , dont buy fish until youve thought about the exact requirements cos an impulse purchase usually ends up dead . that was 10 years ago and still stands as my most expensive fish but i came close when i paid £36 last month for a blood red fire shrimp, which incidently is doing fine.
