i feed mine flake, frozen brine shrimp , cucumber and the odd live blood worm now and again.

monday-good quality flake food
tuesday-brine shrimp
wednesday-good q flake food
thursday-good q flake food
friday- bloodworm
satuerday- flake food and boiled inner peas
and finally sunday-back to flake food
