hey guys just wondering why do discus fish sometimes go on there side and skim across an ornament or the gravel?

I think they do this for territorial reasons.

Have you added any new fish lately?

It could also mean a disease. Do your fish look any different at all?

recently i have not added any fish no, i have just wormed my discuss and one of them looks quite stressed.
he has one of his arm fin things stuck to him im thinking that thats bad
and also abit of darkish colour all over him

She is great with helping people with their fish that may have some sort of disease.

How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, niitrite, nitrate, and ph.

What worming med do you use and do you have to retreat.
You have to use a bacterial med after worming as internal parasites do alot of damage to the internal organs resulting in bacterial infections.

Swimming on there sides can be swim bladder to internal parasites.
What do you feed your fish.
