What's Happened To Ukaps?

hi, i have an account on ukaps, but it won't let me on it. i can get onto the ukaps site, but when i click on the forum link, it says i don't have permission to access the forum on this server. is it just me, or is there something wrong with the site? and if it is just me, what can i do?
