Whats Going On With Him?

alright so i just checked my yellow dragon dalmatian male while i was feeding everyone, and noticed half of his face is swollen and slightly raw. does anyone have any ideas what is wrong with him?? i just gave him a water change the night before last, and i added some pimafix to his water. is there anything else i should do. in case it matters his water is about 82 degrees. any help is greatly appreciated.

Has he banged or caught it one something in the tank.
When she say raw is it really red like its bleeding.
Does the flesh look like its rotting away.

i think he bumped into a plant which i thought was fine, but ook out just in case. it was pretty much just swolen and red not like if it was bleeding but irritated. iv been treating him with pimafix and the swelling has gone down and hes almost completely healed. theres still a little bit of pink but that gets a little better every day.
