Could someone please tell me what "galaxies" are. I dont want to appear the boob, but I have never heard of them. A pic, info and any other facts about them would be nice.

incorrectly labelled as fireworks rasbora, they didn't actually seem to know much about them.

they looked really pale in the shop but i watched them for a bit and decided it's just cos they were in a tank with no decor whatsoever so no hiding places.

taken 5 home and sure enough 4 hrs later 2 are looking fairly colourful and the other 3 not far behind. so i think they just liked to have a bit of ocver to hide in.

i offered some live brine shrimp which they've shown an interest in, not sure how much they've actually eaten but they definitely had a good investigate which is always good. they said they're taking a little bit of flake but not much so i'm gonna give mostly live food and try to wean them down so it's more of a treat than they're everyday food.

bargain! unfortunatly i live up in lancashire...i really do not know what i want to do with my 20 gallon tank either a shoal of these with some other stuff or a crayfish hmmmm

Are they a type of tetra? Also, how do you sex them? I am guessing they are all wild caught if they were discoverd in september.

Ich is caused by stress so you might want to whatch what you are doing. Does anyone know if galaxies are avalible in Illinois? And if so, could you give me the price.
