Hi All

Ive seen this tank for sale and i wanted to know what you would pay for it, as i am thinking of upgrading.

Its a Fluval Duo Deep 1000, the seller says its in good condition, and is a year and a half old.

The fish tank is 100cm long X 41cm Wide X 47 cm High.

It includes;

Biolife filter

Fluval 3 plus underwater filter (including 2 spare filter foam pads)

Tronic Electronic aquarium heater

Light-Glo aquarium Canopy (including fluorescent light bulbs, access door, on/off switch and electrical cord (240v)

Digital aquarium thermometer with LCD display

A selection of 5 plastic plants

Castle ornament
Log ornament

Instruction booklets are included.

The seller didn't hit the reserve on ebay and is looking for about £100.

What do you think? Is this too much or is it a fair price?

£100 = about $118 right?
I guess it sounds good for a 3 foot tank....
I'd pay $100, then save the $18 for fish and extras...

Edit: The most I'd pay for it was $150-200.

Does it have a stand? If not then in no way is it worth £100. Even if it does it still a bit expensive for a second hand 35 gallon tank but if you could get it for 80 or 90 quid it wouldnt be too bad.

No it doesn't have a stand, i was thinking if about £70 but i need to think about it hard as i know you can buy them new for £170.

Does everybody else agree that £100 is too much?

$100 for a tank? Are you kidding me?
If I could get a second hand tank for $100, I do it.
Maybe something got lost in the translation.
100 quid = $118, correct?
To me thats a fantastic deal! My second 10G brand new I paid about $90 for it

I think £100 fine with all the stuff in it.

I agree with CFC:
Does everybody else agree that £100 is too much?
My answer:
Yes, I do agree.
I just said I agree that it's too much.

I know you said it was too much just wanted to know what you would pay for it, i wasn't being funny with you :-( , just wanted your in-put :)

Without the stand no more than £60.

i payed 125 for my 55 gallon tank w/ hood and lights. it was a great deal compared to most tanks i see. i would say 75 is good for that.
