What Would You Do?

Ok I have a question for you all.
I know it seems alittle random but I promise you there is a meaning and use behind it!

If you were given a 25 gallon tank and told to stock it with whatever fish you want but all fish had to be 6cm or less .....Honestly, what would you put in it?

Please no answers like 'a shoal of 30 tetras'!

Well thata like 90L odd So a big shoal of fish is the way to go. If i had a spare 90L i would plant it very heavly and get a big shoal galaxy rasbors but there are plenty of other fish you could have, just not really big enough to a decent community tank IMO

I'd probably go for a similar stocking that I'm aiming for in my 60L, just a bit more. You can see in my sig my current and planned stocking, so I'd go down that route but either up the numbers of the existing shoals, and/or add another small shoal of something else.

I would have

A shoal of 10/12 of either CPDs (as per your other thread) or chilli rasboras (equally as titchy)
4 peacock gobies (my current favourite ever fish)
6 small cories (probably pandas)
2/3 Honey Gouramis

Apples snails need 2.5g each 10 is far to many for a 60L btw also if one dies it will wipe out the whole tank more then likely

tbh, I do think ten is too many and I have been considering just keeping my favourite ones and getting rid of the rest.

forgot to add that 10 snails in that tank will drain the minerals in no time at all, would suggest a max of 5 even then keep an eye out

That's kinda creepy but your list is almost exactly like my own one!

The only difference would be that I might get pygmys instead of panda cory. Not sure.

I never heard of the peacock goby before now. I really like the look of this fish!
What is it you like so much about then and why are they your favourite?
Could I have a pair in a 15 gallon with a school of CPD's?

Peacock Gobies are the perfect fish for the nano-aquarist. They are small enough even for small tanks like mine, colourful, peaceful, and easy to spawn. You can also easily tell the genders apart, so when you buy them, you know what sexes you are getting. (They are more properly know as Peacock Gudgeon, they aren't actually a goby at all, I believe)

I had two pairs in 34l (9 USG), so you could easily have that in a 15USG, with plenty of room for the CPDs and something else.
