What Type Of Ram Is This?

Hi, I bought a pair of rams a few weeks ago. They were sold as german blue rams and in the light of my tank you can see gorgoeus flecks of blue in the fishes scales, but they dont have the distinctive black spot behind their head that german blues tend to have.

Any ideas? Can anyone confirm they are german blues? or are they bolivians? Although there was a tank marked up as bolivians and these were in a seperate tank and looked different to be honest.

The pics not the clearest, but the best I could get because the #29### seemed to move at the last minute everytime lol

Hopefully it's clear enough for somebody to confirm one way or another for me

all i can confirm is that they are not bolivians. good luck, my guess is blue ram

im pretty sure that its a german blue, i definetly isnt bolivian though.

Thanks thats what I thought. The guy in the shop wasnt too sure, but I was pretty sure they were german blues. I know the 2 I have are both female so I'll have to look into getting a male.

They are only young so I'm guessing their colour will get more ditinctive as they grow.

Looks like a German blue ram that might have the electric blue gene. They are breeding these guys for different colors that's what it looks like to me.
