What Type Of Dwarf Gourami Is This?

Hey, i have a dwarf gourami that i got from my LFS tonight.
I was just wondering what type he is. the tag at the LFS said it was a dwarf blue coral gourami but both the person who served me and I know that he is not. i was also wondering if he actually is a he

Also, i have 6 panda corys, 10 neons and then him, i was wondering if i can up my number of neons by 5 or more maybe? i know i will be getting 2 more panda corys soon

i have the same Gourami mine were labelled as Dwarf Flame Gourami

That colour morph is sometimes called "neon red" and sometimes "flame red". I prefer to call it "red".

As to whether you can add more fish, some info about the set-up would be useful.

its 90 litre -H 38cm, L 60cm, W 40cm
Has 6 corys- soon 8-, 10 neons and my little flame red gourami. i was hoping to up the number of neons
Does anyone know if my gourami is a boy or a girl?

its a male, females are silver

you should be ok with the extra cories & neons IMO

15 neons and 8 jullii Corys should be fine in that tank.

It is actually possible for females to have as much colour as males, although usually the colour is solid (as with this fish), not stripy like in the wild-type males. It is true that this gourami is most likely a male.
