What To Stock It With

Adding more fish is out of the question for any of your tanks. It's good that you are getting a larger tank though and I'm glad you've got the CAE it's own tank (though keep in mind that it can get to 10" so that tank needs to be quite large eventualy).

What I suggest you do:

2 Dwarf Guoramis (M,F) (full size 2") - keep in the 15 gallon
1 Angel Fish (N/A) (small 3") - move to the 30 gallon
3 Kribensis Cichlids (M,M,F) (small 1.5") - move to the 30 gallon - you may need to give one back to your LFS eventualy if a pair forms
1 Red-Tailed Black Shark (M) (small 2.5") - move to the 30 gallon
1 Sucking Loach (N/A) (medium 4.5") - this is in a seperate tank right? it shouldn't be in either the 15 or 30. If I have misunderstood you and you haven't got a completely seperate tank for it, return it to your LFS. It's not suitable for the 15 gallon or as a community fish and it will fight with the shark as well.
1 Khuli Loach (very small: 4mm thick) (M) - keep this in the 15 and add just 1 more
1 Albino Corydora (small 2cm) - keep this in the 15 and add 1 more

Don't try to add as many kuhlies and cories as you were planning - you don't have the room.

With those fish you should be fine but don't add more as both tanks will be fully stocked. Also, the current size of your fish is irrelevant - aim to place them int anks that willa ccomodate them once they are fully grown.

Just a piece of advice here - when you get the new tank set up and move some of the fish over, use a piece of mature filter media from your 15 gallon's filter in the new filter so that the tank is immediately cycled. You can, in this way, avoid prolonging the time the fish have to spend in the small tank. Do be careful and monitor water quality/do water changes/don't over-feed for the first few weeks though.

Sylvia's suggestions are excellent- but you still have the problem of this poor sucking loach. It is clear from your posts elsewhere, Genesis, that the tank you propose to put him in is a 3 gallon- this is NOT going to work. Please try to accept that keeping an active and potentially large fish like a CAE in a 3 gallon cannot be defined as treating your fish with respect. If you cannot provide him with at least 20 gals, he needs to go to another home. It will probably be a lot easier to rehome him now before he grows into a monster. Either that or buy another larger tank, on top of the one you are getting for Xmas. If you do that, you will just be able to stay on top of your overstocking situation- you are still not in a position to add more fish.

meh, id at least like my money back, where do you think i could sell him to?
