I think she is, is that an eye? And a birthing vent opened? I've seen about 4-5 eyes in her but her belly isn't getting bigger

have a look at this link, its a page on this forum about pregnant guppies, it will give you a lot more information including a few pictures i think, will help you decide how far gone (if pregnant, she looks it though) etc..

Yeah, looking again it looks like it may be a Birthing Canal XD

Shes dies bent with something red coming out and all babies are dead too
