The list:
One Black pop belly mollie
Two fancy tailed mollies
Two Pineapple sword tails
One Tiger barb (will get more as soon as I figure out what killed the other ones...)
Two bottom feeders (can't remember what kind...)

According to a little book I picked up the mollies would be best between 64-82 F and the swordtails 68-79 F and Barbs 64-72. I may not know what kind of bottom feeders I have but I know that they are neither of what they listed in my book...

With what this book suggests I'm thinking of setting it around 70.
What do you guys think?

It's not really set in stone, my water temperature is ideally about 74-78, as tropical fish like warmer water. Anywhere from 70-80 degrees is pretty much a safe zone. If your fish are too cold, you'll notice them being very inactive and staying near the bottom of the tank.... If this happens, just gradually up the temperature and they will be fine.
