Hi Guys, Need Advise!
Im Currently In The middle of doing a fish room.. i have worked out how many litres all of my tanks are together and i wondered what size pond pump i need for the sump..

The total litres of my tanks (rounded up) is 640litres..
will i need a pond pump that does 1000l a hour?.. will that be fine or will i need bigger?..

i think basic turnover is 4 times an hour. you also have to think about the height you are trying to pump youre water to and how much taps/plumbing will effect youre actual turn over. i would imagine it would need to be alot bigger than 1000lph
