What reef-safe fish can fit in a 120 litre reef tank?

If I move out of my parents' house when I'm ready to do so, a 120 litre saltwater tank will be on my hobby-loving hands if I'm lucky. What small reef-safe fish and corals can fit in an Aqua One MiniReef 120 litre tank?

Tank is 2ft long x 18in wide x 18in high, with a 25w LED light.

a pair of small anemonefish (Amphiprion ocellaris or percula)
or
coral gobies and a small species of dottyback (orchid dottyback)

coralmorphs are probably the best corals for a small tank.

maybe a couple of small hermit crabs and a shrimp or pr of shrimp (depending on what else is in the tank).
