I have hard water it’s about 180, so I was wondering what plants are good or can live in hard water

If that 180 is ppm (aka mg/l calcium carbonate) which converts to 10 dH the water is not hard. It is sort of middling.

I'll leave the plants question to someone who knows though.

Most aquarium plants will be fine, they are less fussy than fish over GH and pH.

Having said that, there are some that do better in harder water because they can use bicarbonates as well as (or in preference to) CO2 for their carbon. Vallisneria species are some. As essjay noted, 10 dGH is not "hard" but Vallisneria would be good in this, and it is a nice plant, especially the smaller-sized corkscrew variety. But most other plants will be fine too. Light is the most significant factor when it comes to plants.
