What lighting is best for a 2' tank

I am looking to give my tank the more natural look with plenty of plants and moss. I know that the plants need co2 but also need the right light, whats the best type of light to use in this size tank but i dont know what plants to use yet if it makes any diffrence. Any help will be great.

What style hood do you have? You may be limited unless you build or buy a canopy type hood.
