What is this?

I have been having a heck of a time getting my once healthy betta, healthy again. I’ve done all things… daily water changes, aquarium salt, bigger tank, removed everything that wasn’t a live or silk plant, bought different water conditioner, bought water tests, bacteria, etc. I’m going to leave him be for now because nothing works, however does anyone know what this could be, by his eye?

Ahh ok thank you! He was stuck in some plastic grass I had in there (before I removed everything harmful) so it must be that. I appreciate it!
