What is this on the chicken breast found this after bought? Is this a parasitic worm?

yep, it looks like a worm.

This is one reason why you should always cook chicken well and wash up with hot soapy water after handling raw chicken. The other reason is drug resistant bacteria on chicken coming out of commercial abattoirs.

if you bought it from a shop you could return it and ask for a refund.
remove the worm and cook the chook well and you will be fine.
