This is what my water company said.
The hardness of that water is 2.4 Grains which is classified as soft water.
We also add fluoride, chlorine and an ortho phosphate at a level of 1.0
mg/L each.
Ph is in the range of 6.8 - 7.3.

A lot of the fish from S. American Amazon basin would do well there. This would be tetras and New World Cichlids. Most of the Asian fish would also do fine in that water -- barbs, etc. The only fish grossly unsuitable for that water would be the African Cichlids that need high hardness, high pH water.

Each species is still individual in its preferences, though, so you still need to research. I.e. there are a few rivers in the Amazonian basin that have hard water, so the tetras from those rivers prefer harder water. Some species are far more tolerant of pH and hardness variations than others. etc.

Post questions in the species subsections about individual species that are available at your LFS and you like. It is difficult to make really broad generalizations because each species is different.
