What Fish Is This - Id Please ?

Hi, on this youtube vid which fish is this at around 9 seconds, you can't miss it. It has a blue body and the whole of the top fin is yellow.
It swims to the back a few seconds later, if link doesn't work then please tell me.

I have seen Mbuna with the colours, but the body shape suggests that it could be a Lake Malawi Cichlid.... Problem here in SA is that all pet stores sells Malawis as just that..."Malawis" and never species specific... Hence we never get to see the individual specie name... they're all just known as Malawis.

In the Uk used to be the same but now I am starting to see more scientific name used at the lfs. I think its because when it comes to importing they want to get a specific type of fish and the scientific name is obviously the best way to find out which type they want, so now they just put the scientific name on the labels when it comes to selling. I have seen a few lfs fish list and it seems like they go on forever lol and they have the basic name and the scientific one next to it.

It does look like it is a african malawi cichlid from the shape of the body it looks a bit like a tang. If anyone can find out the scientific name, I would have asked the guy on youtube but i don't have a youtube account.
