I feed flake, frozen (either daphnia, brine shrip or tubiflex) and sinking wafers. I feed a small amount of flakes almost every day and then feed frozen about every other night after the lights go out. I also feed the sinking wafers teh same nights as the frozen so the shrimp and corys will have something.

I feed mine three times a day on flakes, frozen, and a veg.
Your fish get more meals in a day than I do. I never get breakfast unless I stop at a fast food place. My wife and I are both allergic to cooking.

I feed my fish live blackworms and tubifex worms, frozen bloodworms, freeze dried tubifex, flake food, spirulina discs and my fry get microworms.

I think it's worth the money to get a good quality flake food rather than most of the more common brand names. This gives them valuable vitamins that they cannot get from the live food. Look at the ingredients on the back of the can.

I prefer live foods to frozen and only use them for the convenience of always being able to have some in the freezer, while live foods have to be bought in small quantities and run out quickly. :D

Flakes for everyfish
pellets for the cories
and they get daphnia or bloodworms as a treat
