What Do I Need...

I have a nice 3 ft high x 3ft long x 2ft deep tank coming and i know i need to construct a lid for it to house a light thats not a problem....


What else do i need in it before i can put fishys in it?

300w heater -visitherm or tronic are reliable.
Fitration depends on what fish you plan to keep as does lighting.

And i`ve been told that mollys can live with them to is that true? if so i may have a couple of diffrent pairs of mollys

Mollies are about the worst fish to put with angels IMO as they need opposite water parameters.
If you want angels, and your tank is an ideal shape for them, you ought to look at other soft water, Amazon, fish and there is a lot of choice.

A group of cories, a couple of shoals of tetras, a pair or group of angels ( may become a pair later) and lots of giant vallis will give a pretty set up.

You'll need a canister filter - one for about 1200 l/hr would suffice - & I'd use an internal set low down to increase circulation.
