What Colours Is Everyone Into?

I would like to see a purple Betta with an orange tail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmmm.. that would be something.
I've seen a female betta w/ a purple shimmer to her body and yellow fins. She was SO gorgeous and I couldn't get her If I ever come across one like her again, she will be MINE!
I've seen purple males. Only started seeing those within the last few months popping up at our Petsmart.

No preference, really. Around here LFS's are about the only way to acquire a betta besides ordering online. Every time I've bought one from a LFS it was just based on which fish I "connected" with the most, and which I felt sorry for (which is all of them really).

Except with Alice...her appearance initially drew me to her and then we connected

I saw quite the interesting male VT at Wal-Mart ( ) yesterday. He had a completely matte black body with bright, taxi-cab yellow fins and golden eyes. Hadn't ever seen one like that before.

he's my first so .... i really have no preference either
