What Catfish Did I Buy

Hi people

I bought a catfish the other day and i really cant remember what type

I know the type was "something" marble catfish

He obvs is marble and fairly long

I cant get a pic of him as hes to fast and hides most of the time

I know i will reconise the name when i see it so can any one rattle of some types

do you host you pictures on the photobucket website?
if no then go to photobucket,join and follow instuctions,its so easy<iam bad on pc's and i managed fine,,,
then when photo's have loaded,under each photo is 4 options, click the last one it will turn blue, then come here and right click and paste, sorted

I had a lovely one about 18 inches long. They are very active, eat like pigs grow to over 20 inches long and are very aggressive towards tank mates. I couldn't keep mine with anything

I hope you have a large tank for him. If not take him back asap as there are plenty for sale on aquarist ads that have outgrown tanks

Sake do they really grow that big

how long will this take for him to grow to them sizes you stated

they really do grow that big. II bought mine large but he ate and ate and destroyed the decor I had in my tank. He was gorgeous though but very destructive

hes in a 120 ltr tank just now which i recently bought but still looking for a bigger tank

Hes still small just now around 3 -4 inces and in with a pictus common plec african rope fish silver shark ruby shark and a few clams

I'd say very easy to care for as such a robust fish but you'll need plenty of space
