Must be a terrible lfs if its dosnt have the most common med.
Get down to the lfs fast whitespot can soon kill a fish as it attack the gills.
Forget the melafix it will do nothing with what your fish have.

Are you sure the fish have whitespot and you are not seeing columnaris.
Whitespot looks like the fish has been sprinkled in salt, but left untreated the spots start to form a patch.
