So, how many types have you been breeding lately? Still have the oranges?

No,he went to a lady in Delaware, who sent the sweetest email saying how much she loved him and that she's named him "Candyman"

MCR, thankfully I got my orange line back in this marble spawn. It threw some amazingly clean males and females. I just haven't jarred them yet. And, do I know you?

Just mooching about the forum reading bits. Whats "jarring" mean? Literally that putting them in jars?
I had a dream last night that my red wimp bettas had loads of babies in with him and I couldnt catch them and for every one I caught he ate two more....I had been trying to take a piccie of him and his bubble nest I think thats what made me dream. I think if I did breed I would have to keep all the babies so I dont think I will bother!

It's hard to part with them, that's for sure!
Jarring happens when they hit a certain age, sometimes you have to jar one because he's a punk, other times you jar them because they're so beautiful and you don't want them to get nipped. All long finned males should be jarred as soon as they're sexable, imo. They're just too nippy to be left together.
