Weird Behavior

No leave the white pad in.
Its just the black carbon you remove when adding meds.

So I have had the meds in for almost a week now but it does not seem to have cleared. how long does it usually take?

Anti internal bacteria by interpet is what I have been using. Put the recommended dosage in and topped up because of a water change and added refil when advised.

The problem with columnaris if its a bad strain, over the counter meds are not always up to the job.
All you can do is try another round or phone a vet for some antibiotics, but they will wipe the benefical bacteria out in your filter.

Guess will just have to keep medicating

Do you think maybe what If before I feed them I treat the food with the meds. Like the flake food I will give them later drop a few drops of the med on to it.

No I wouldn't as you can't use the med on the food, it will tell you in the instuctions if you could.

Says I should be redosing every after 4 days and continue to do so if needed. Should I bring that down also to maybe 2 days or stick with 4?

Stick with the 4 days but just double dose the med.
Have you been using pimafix with the med aswell.

No I couldnt find that. Is that any better. I may try have a look on way home at 5

The cory that I mentioned has died. Came home from work and he was lying on his side. On close inspection it looked like he had a hole in his belly. Still treating the Gourami who has the spot. He is still as active even still bullying the other one I have as well as eating properly.
