I know I'm a little late, but we went on our honeymoon pretty much straight after the wedding.
I'm not sure if this will work for everyone, as my domain needed renewing (hey, I carry a different last name now!) and my own website is down at the moment, so had to use facebook.

The wedding was fantastic! Like every wedding we had our hiccups, the main one being the florist telling us he couldn't get the flowers 2 days before the wedding. And then our replacement florist not decorating the church (without letting us know, my husband found out when he got to church) at all and getting all the other flowers wrong. The weather didn't really want to play along either, but to be honest I can't say I noticed it. Everything else was brilliant though. Can't praise the wedding car chauffeurs enough, nor the fantastic caterer we got. The marquee was set up perfectly and did it's job, and everyone looked brilliant on the day!

Best buy must have been the pea shooters from tesco. People had some fantastic paper ball fights, 3 tables full of people shooting paper balls across a marquee is hilarious to watch. One of my bridesmaids even had a battle wound in the form of a lovely red mark just underneath her eye.

The honeymoon was fantastic too. 2 Weeks in Florida without any work or anyone bothering us. Disney is great, the people are brilliant, the food is just yummy! ... the only disappointing things were SeaWorld and Busch Gardens. They just didn't live up to what we were expecting. Anyways! Honeymoon photos will come later ... enjoy the wedding photos for those that can see them =)

Some things gave away the bad weather...

oh beautiful pics Erised, you both look lovely. Congratulations :good:

:flowers: I was just wondering how it all went. Congrats to the both of you. Those are gorgeous pics and you both look extremely happy. Wishing you all many happily married years together. It really is a wonderful feeling and I still feel the same about Alex  as I did almost 11 years ago when I married him.

Well done you two. :good:

Fair enough =P I think I just had my hopes up too much. I was expecting massive parks, with a lot of animals. When I got there I found they're both smaller than my local zoo and especially Sea World was a lot smaller than I expected. Plus I thought the animals were kept in quite small enclosures. I have been spoiled however, where I live in Holland we've got a massive zoo and a large dolphin rescue/park near me.

And a very nice dress too... To a long and "Fruitfull" marraige!!.. (been married 36 years meself), but this could be a nice idea if someone opens a forum topic where everyone else can place their muggshots and we'll at least know who we're talking to.... Don't you think. So much more personal talking to a face instead of a "nick"-name... Now I know exactly who Erised is.
